Returns

  • Be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used personal care items.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically  be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

How to Start a Return or Refund Request
